Ilkley Brewery is all about making the best beers we can. We do not use preservatives or flavour enhancers in our beers, just the best malt, hops, water and yeast.

Our 8 Barrel Brewery was supplied and installed by PCB Brewery Installations in April 2009 and has been working at capacity ever since. We have our own bottling line and ensure that our bottled conditioned beers have the same character and flavour as our cask ales.
