A full bodied oatmeal stout brewed with a blend of maris otter, roast, crystal and chocolate malts with wheat and oatmeal. It doesn't sound right, a dark India Pale Ale, but this beer is made with pale malts in the IPA style with just a bit of black and chocolate malts and roasted barley to darken the colour and introduce a roundness to the body. Lots of Summit and cascade hops produce a complex mix off flavours including mango, grapefruit and all round citrus
Fireside Porter

Fireside is a deep chocolate Porter strongly hopped to add berryfruit with a lasting bitterness and a hint of smoke on the finish. A perfect beer to sip in the Winter’s dark evenings.
